Mansfield, Penna.

Dear Cousin Thelma:

Aunt Mabel Shaw gave me a list of her close friends and relatives she wanted informed when she passed away.

A grand long life of 97 years was terminated April 22nd 1972. Up until about the last ten days she was alert and sharp.

Even though friends of her generation were no longer here she had a strong desire to attain the age of 100, but at the end she was so tired and she was ready to go.

I have given the letter you wrote to Dr. Myron Webster, relating to the Campbell Cousins Correspondence books, to Aunt Mabel's neice, Shirley Wilson Tomlinson, 280 St. James St., Mansfield, Pa 16933.

She has an interest in the family genealogy so the contents of the bottom drawer were given to her.

Best wishes in all your endevors -
cordially yours
George R. Wilson, nephew

  1. Living, but not at the address shown. Shirley is George's neice and Mabel's great-neice.
